Dinner, sorted
Plan a week of meals around the picky eater, with a grocery list you can actually use.
For women and the girls coming up behind us
The women who learn AI now will shape what comes next, in their families, their businesses and their careers. You don't have to be technical. You just have to start. I own three businesses and I built them with AI. Pull up a chair, and I'll teach you how. You belong at this table.
What you'll learn
Start wherever you are. I teach Claude, ChatGPT, Canva and whatever tool fits the job, because you're here to get something done, not to pick a favorite app.
Turn an idea into a plan, a name, an offer and your first customers.
Launch a real site in an afternoon, no coding and no expensive developer.
Set up assistants that answer questions, sort your inbox and handle the busywork.
Make a brand you're proud of, from your logo to your Instagram posts.
Plan, write and schedule a month of content in a single sitting.
Do more without working more. Systems that keep running while you live your life.
Keep your money in your business
Small business owners spend thousands every year on designers, marketers and consultants. Learn to do the work with AI and put that money back where it belongs: in your business, your family and you.
Show me howThe first workshop
No theory, no jargon. You'll work on your own real stuff, live, with help when you get stuck. Some of what we'll do together:
Plan a week of meals around the picky eater, with a grocery list you can actually use.
Get a draft that sounds like you, then make it firmer or kinder in one sentence.
Talk through the side business or project rattling around in your head and leave with next steps.
Turn insurance, school or HR paperwork into plain English and a list of what to do.
Everyone seems to be talking about AI. Maybe you asked it something, got a strange answer and decided it wasn't for you. Or you've been meaning to learn and haven't found the hour.
You don't need a tech background. You need a laptop, a free Claude account and a few things you'd like off your plate. Nobody here will make you feel behind.
When one woman learns AI, she rarely keeps it to herself. She teaches her daughter, her team and her friends.
That's the whole idea.
For teen girls
Girls are already using AI for homework. We teach them to use it well: to ask sharper questions, think for themselves and make things they're proud of. It's the confidence we wish we'd had at sixteen.
Ages 13 to 18. Study smarter, plan a first business idea, build a portfolio project.
Learn side by side. She'll probably teach you a trick or two.
Parents and guardians register for teen sessions.
Learn at your own pace
Not ready for a live class? Start here. Short, practical lessons you can follow at the kitchen table, one task at a time.
Screenshots and plain instructions for one real task, start to finish.
Short tutorials where you see exactly what to type and what comes back.
What's worth trying, what isn't, and the prompts I actually use.
For women-owned small businesses
You run the shop, the books and the Instagram. I'll sit down with you and set up AI for the parts of your business that eat your evenings, using your real customers and your real numbers.

Meet your teacher
I grew up in foster care in St. Louis. In my senior year of high school, someone handed me a strengths assessment, and for the first time I understood what I was good at. That one moment changed where my life went.
I spent 15 years in enterprise technology, including 10 at Microsoft in cybersecurity sales, partner strategy and as Chief of Staff. Today I lead revenue at an AI company and run three businesses of my own, built with the same tools I'll teach you. I'm also a mom of four, plus three bonus kids from my second marriage. If I can find the time to learn this, so can you.
I started Ladies Who Prompt because every woman and every girl deserves someone who shows her what she's capable of. Let me be that person for you.
An AI career clarity tool for families with college-bound teens. I built it at my kitchen table with my son during his college applications.
